​This is your invitation to pause for a moment, to gently set aside the outside world, and to begin an inner journey on the shortest day of the year - a threshold between darkness and emerging light, between the known and the yet-to-unfold.

As there will be some gentle physical activities, it’s advisable to wear, loose-fitting clothes. ​

Please bring a journal and a pen. It's important to have them on hand for your reflections and notes.
